Once we receive your registration, you'll be contacted within 24hrs and 40% deposit is required to hold your spot and the remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat date. The deposit is non-refundable or transferrable.

Each day has a set itinerary offering a variety of paths to work with calming the mind and soothing any discomforts in the body. Mandy and Stacey will guide a daily yoga practice woven with gentle asanas and breathwork to support and prepare the body for your seated meditations. Yoga Nidra is given mid-day to rebuild your energy, leaving you refreshed and a sense of well-being. You will work with the same formal meditation sequence each day and have time for journaling, connecting with nature, and inspiration workshops.
The retreat is designed to create a container, (essentially a very stable environment) where you can feel safe and supported on all levels; emotionally, physically, and energetically. The retreat location (Lotus Heart Centre), is in nature where we can withdraw from the world’s distractions and be surrounded by peaceful views. Your delicious meals are all taken care of, so you can let go of the mundane responsibilities of life and surrender to the experience.

We will respond within 24 hours and send you a link for a 40% deposit to hold your spot if you register more than 60 days out form the retreat.
