Silent Meditation Retreat
“The journey is not about acquiring something outside yourself. Rather, you are penetrating the layers and veils to return to the deepest truth of your own being.” ~ Ram Dass

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. . . Live each moment completely and the future will take care of itself. Fully enjoy the wonder and beauty of each moment.”
— Paramahansa Yogananda

“I am fairly new to meditation, so I was unsure how I would do at a Silent Retreat (not being a silent person). It was the most joyous, spiritual, and illuminating experience I have had to date. I felt so enlightened, and learned so much! I am so at peace! I would definitely recommend going. Thank you again for all your help, your direction, your understanding, patience, and love. I am still in the clouds :)”

Testimonial
“Mandy is a kind, empathetic, relatable teacher who also just brings amazing energy to every session. That intangible feeling of calmness and more that you get in each session alone is enough to bring you back to your senses and the present moment, and from there, it's all awesome. She teaches a variety of methods so you can pick the one that works for you and go deeper with it, and it comes from the root of one of the most enlightened masters I've ever come across, Ramana Maharshi.
All in all, it's a life-changing meditation practice, presented by someone who is firmly of this time and understands what we go through now, makes us laugh, and is just good. If you're reading this and interested, you should certainly just send her a message and see what happens.”
