A Little About My Journey…
My yogic path began 13 years ago during a challenging period of my life, filled with deep depression and a lingering question: was perpetual unhappiness my destined way of life? It was a yoga class in 2010 that offered me an escape from the heaviness of my thoughts and sparked a life-changing realization: this depression wasn’t the essence of who I am. That insight was the first flicker of awareness on my path toward healing and self-discovery. It lit an internal fire that shifted my life forever.
Over the past decade, my thirst for freedom and happiness has led me to many transformative mentors in the wellness industry, including renowned figures like Seane Corn, Rod Stryker, Gabor Mate, Bela Divine, Eoin Finn, Kyle Grey, and Elena Brower.
However, it wasn’t until my path took me to the serene settings of Bali, Indonesia, and Chennai, India, where I connected with traditional yogic teachers who guided me into the meditative practices of self-inquiry and esoteric Vedic teachings. While learning from these teachers, I discovered a level of self-love, clarity, and peace that seemed almost unattainable in today's world. I learned to embrace the joy of simply being, and recognized that happiness and health are not just attainable; they are integral parts of who we all are. This transformative experience opened a deep desire to help others rediscover their joy, something I once thought was out of reach.
Today I live in Bali, leading a quiet and simple life, helping others release daily stresses and find prosperity in their lives. My teachings include a complimentary suite of holistic techniques I’ve refined over the years, including non-violent communication, mindfulness, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, Vedic astrology, Chandra Vidya, and Ayurveda. All offerings aim to create supportive environments for personal growth and invoke self-love and clarity. I have found my student gain lasting transformation at the core of their lives, allowing contentment to emerge and move forward with newfound peace.
